Capita’s dedicated professional services team has a wealth of experience in delivering Workforce Management Solutions across a wide range of industries.  Our in-house project management team use the PRINCE2 methodology for the delivery and governance of all implementations. Your dedicated Project Manager will assist with the setup and delivery of your project from start-up to sign-off and, if not already identified/appointed, they will advise on the identification and selection of the various roles and stakeholders for your internal team. We will also provide your team with the tools and documentation to ensure successful delivery of the enterprise-wide solution.

If you require a far greater level of involvement, we provide on-site services including project management and consultancy on a day rate basis. This is intended for customers with particularly tight timescales and very little experience of installing transactional IT systems, or who do not have an internal Project Manager.
