The new Capita WFM Customer Support portal, Service Now, is now live.
Service Now will allow you to raise queries and issues directly with our support team and will allow you to quickly and easily raise a new support ticket, receive an acknowledgment and targeted updates that ensure you are continuously updated regarding your case progress.

Service Now will also display a single view of all the cases you have logged with us and allows you access to our extensive knowledge portal. We are committed to growing our knowledge content to enable you to self-serve and find solutions faster.
If you already have a JIRA support account, we have migrated your account to Sevice Now, and you will receive a welcome email later on today containing your login details.
Any open cases you currently have logged with us will automatically be migrated to the new system and will be available to view once you log in. If you do not currently have a JIRA account, you will be able to request a new account through the service desk or your account manager from the 2nd January 2020.
