We are delighted to welcome four new customers to Capita WFM:

Cromwell Tools is the UK’s largest independent supplier of maintenance, repair and operations products. With 54 branches across the UK, each offers a Trade Counter/Collection Service and a daily delivery to local industry.

Cromwell Tools has its own distribution fleet ensuring over-night deliveries nationwide from their vast central warehouse in Leicester. During the day, the same fleet provides a national delivery and collection service, ensuring many centrally stocked products are delivered the same day.

We are pleased to be providing a Biometric Time & Attendance and Employee Self-Service solution for 350 employees based at Cromwell’s central warehouse in Leicester.

 

Precision Varionic International (PVI) is a world leader in the design and manufacture of automotive precision sensors and throttle pedals, working with some of the world’s most iconic marques – some of which are our existing customers! Today PVI’s products continue to play a key role in billions of miles of driving in every corner of the globe.

Capita WFM has been selected to provide a Biometric Time & Attendance and Access Control solution for 85 employees based at PVI’s head office in Swindon for a 3-year contract.

 

 

Scottish Legal Aid Board (SLAB) is a Scottish Government Public Body providing legal cover 24/7. When a person is arrested or detained in Scotland and they wish to speak to a solicitor, a police officer will phone a Solicitor Contact Line (SCL) on behalf of the detained person, if that person already has a named solicitor then the SCL solicitor will contact that solicitor on behalf of the detained person the they do not then the SCL solicitor will offer to provide telephone advice and if no duty solicitor is available will attend the police station to give further advice.

SLAB has selected Capita WFM, Scheduling and Self Service for up to 50 employees to enable them to reduce the amount of manual management and checking of rotas and to ensure that rotas are legally compliant.  They will also use the system to manage flexible working and bank hours with solicitors using self service functionality to book holidays, check their shifts and request shift swaps.

 

Jongor Hire is widely recognised by the trade as the UK’s leading catering equipment hire company specialising in catering equipment, tableware and furniture as well as providing equipment to events such as the Cheltenham Festival, Badminton Horse Trials and Buckingham Palace garden parties.  They have two sites in Bristol and London employing around 135 people at peak time.

Jongor has selected Capita Itime, iHR and Biometric Terminals to replace their existing clock card system, employees will clock their Time and Attendance at both sites and the system will be used to calculate hours, overtime and manage holidays and sickness.  The organisation will use the HR module to manage accreditation data required to allow staff to work at sites.
