We are always looking to improve our products and address changing business needs with new functionality, it’s important to us that our solutions adapt and contain features you need for your businesses.

What is the User Group?

To help us understand your business environment so we make the right investment decisions we’d like your help. We are setting up a customer user group, to help shape our future product development and we’re asking our key customers to help us. In return, you will have the opportunity to influence decisions on how the WFM product portfolio is developed and enjoy the benefits of seeing capability important to your business included in our roadmap. You will be instrumental in driving our product development forward and creating the best workforce management software on the market.

What’s the purpose of the Customer User Group?

The group will be the voice of our customers, providing our teams with an insight into how customers use our software and where improvements and new capability is needed. You will collaborate with us to develop the Workforce Management roadmap on behalf of all of our customers. Made up of 8 to 10 key customers, the group will own the customer “wish list”, helping to prioritise and select new features to be incorporated into the latest releases. You will also get a “first look” at the new features and the beta testing environment.

How will the User Group work?

We propose meeting twice a year, alternating between the offices of the User Group members. The Group will be chaired by Capita WFM and each meeting will include:
• A discussion on key business topics.
• A detailed insight into how the systems handle these business processes.
• A focused look at an area of functionality, e.g. leave management, CBWR, which will be chosen by the host customer.
• Demonstration from a Capita WFM expert on how the system should be used.
• Looking at this area to see how it can be improved to better suit our customer’s needs.
After each meeting, the minutes will be published on the Capita WFM website and the WFM LinkedIn page to keep all of our customers updated on the discussions and future plans.
