Capita Workforce Management crowned winners at the Apprenticeships4England Awards

We are thrilled to announce our recent win at the Apprenticeships4England Awards.

The gala awards evening, held on 25th February at the Emirates Stadium in London, celebrated the apprentice employers and training providers who have excelled in contributing to the development of apprenticeship programmes across the country.

Daniel Busson (Head of Managed Services and Apprenticeships), Michael Post (Operations Director) and Alicia Smith (Project Coordinator) represented Capita, which was nominated in the ’25-100 Employees’ category and competed against six other recognised companies to win the Bronze award.

Daniel Busson comments:

“Following on from our regional success at the National Apprenticeship awards at the end of last year, it’s absolutely fantastic to be recognised once again for the huge success of our apprenticeship programme in the last 12 months. We have gone from strength to strength and are extremely please to announce we are looking to expand further throughout 2016.

“It’s brilliant to see all the hard work our apprenticeships do is being recognised – both within the business and the local community. We are starting to see real results with the number of young people taking up apprenticeships not only in Swindon, but also nationally. We ourselves have seen a huge increase in the number of applications for our opportunities and see no end to the requirements for motivated and driven candidates!”
