Steve Ainsley is the latest speaker to be confirmed for the National Customer Forum

We are delighted to announce that Steve Ainsley, Workforce Management Consultant at Dnata, has joined the line up of speakers for our National Customer Forum on 22nd June in Sutton Coldfield.

 

Shift & Roster Masterclass

Drawing on his industry experience, Steve will be presenting a masterclass on shift pattern design, to provide rosters that align the workforce to demand, increasing your businesses productivity.

He will also share the best way of maximising the work-life balance, giving your employees the benefits of an effective shift pattern and ultimately saving your business money along the way.

In his session, Steve will discuss ways to create a second tier roster to meet demands in your business at peak times. This process ensures staffing levels are correct whilst minimising disruption to the rest of the workforce – changing the shifts of a handful of employees rather than all of the staff.
