National Customer Forum 2017: Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham

We are delighted to announce our first National Customer Forum, taking place at the Ramada Birmingham hotel on 22nd June.
The event is open to all of our customers and will be free of charge, with lunch and refreshments provided. This first forum is designed to connect you with the Capita Workforce Management team and Capita executive leadership, as well as your peers in HR, Finance, IT and Operations from all sectors of the British industry.
Commencing at approximately 9am, the day’s agenda will include:
- Keynote speeches to focus on the productivity challenges facing British companies in 2017 and beyond, the legal and regulatory environment for labour markets, and how the best companies are thinking about the behaviours that drive productivity
- How the Capita Workforce Management product suite has developed, our product initiatives for 2017 and our future solution roadmap, as well as some practical examples of how our customers have implemented time & attendance in their business workflow
- Break-out sessions on customer case studies, deep dive product demonstrations, and an opportunity for customers to share best practices and ideas with each other
