Senior Developer

Capita Workforce Management currently requires a C# web developer to join our core UK development team working on a Multi-Tenanted SaaS product.

 

What you will do:

  • The project is being built with Microservices using Azure PaaS and Azure DevOps tools to create a global scale cloud application for Capita that helps companies and teams organize and schedule their labour forces, gain efficiencies and insights into their staffs working patterns, re-charge costs and lets employees manage their own HR details, pay and remuneration options.

Your experience will include:

  • The ideal candidate will have very good C# programming skills with 5+ years development experience including working with agile methodologies, you will also need to demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills, the role will involve working closely with the rest of the team to deliver backlog items, design, code, test, and document everything.
  • The UK team has a focus on IoT and hardware integration for collecting data so any experience with Time and Attendance or Access Control hardware (ATS, HID, ZK) would be beneficial.
  • C# .Net Core / React.js / Redux / Git / Azure / MongoDB / Cosmos DB / Event Hub
